HOROSCOPES

A Mars-Pluto link on your birthday will make you even more imperious than usual. By all means lead the way so important things get done but try to remember that to get the best from people you must take their feelings into account.

Aries (March 21 – April 20):

The best way to improve your creative skills is to get together with people who share your goals and passions. If you make that your priority over the next few days you will have a lot of fun and get a lot of work done as well.

Taurus (April 21 – May 21):

Because recent efforts don’t seem to have paid off you may be tempted to ease back a bit and not try so hard. That would be a huge mistake. With mind planet Mercury about to end its retrograde phase NOW is the time to really go for it.

Gemini (May 22 – June 21):

What has been average in your life is about to get good, and what has been good is about to get great. The cosmic picture is turning in your favour again, so you must keep pushing and you must keep believing you are destined to succeed.

Cancer (June 22 – July 23):

If your confidence has taken a nosedive of late it’s most likely because you set your sights too high. Now you are experiencing the inevitable letdown you may feel like a failure but the opportunity to prove yourself will come again soon, so cheer up!

Leo (July 24 – Aug. 23):

Something has annoyed you to such an extent that you may find it hard to control yourself. If you must let off steam make sure it is done in a way that does not turn friends into enemies. Is it really worth getting so worked up about?

Virgo (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

You have always been a stickler for details and that trait will work in your favour during the early part of the week. The more your rivals overlook the small stuff the more opportunities there will be for you to profit at their expense.

Libra (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

You may have been right to be suspicious of someone’s motives in recent weeks but now Mercury is ending its retrograde phase you can afford to be a little less cautious. Don’t accept every word they say but do listen to them carefully.

Scorpio (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

Someone you have been admiring from afar will come into your orbit over the next few days and you must take the opportunity to get to know them better. Don’t try to pretend you are something you’re not – the real you is impressive enough.

Sagittarius (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

If you want to have fun as the new week begins you must create it yourself. If you rely on other people for your entertainment you will soon get bored, so think up some amusing things to do and invite friends and loved ones to join in.

Capricorn (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

If you know what it is you want to possess then no power on Earth can stop you from getting it. But don’t you have enough possessions already? The message of the stars is that your life is in need of a serious declutter. Less is more.

Aquarius (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

If you try to get everything done in one mad rush over the next few days you will reach a point where your aims get tangled and you risk finishing nothing at all. Identify your top priority and make that your one and only aim – for now.

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

Someone you have been avoiding needs to be dealt with and the sooner you sit down with them the better. If you make the first move you may be surprised to find they are open to a civilized discussion of your differences. Don’t waste the opportunity.
