HOROSCOPES IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

Financial issues of one sort or another will take up a lot of your time over the coming 12 months and something of a creative nature could become a real money-spinner. There’s no cosmic law that says you should not make your art pay.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

You need to be more adventurous in your thinking, especially when it comes to new ways of making money. Sticking with what you know and trust may feel comfortable but it will also result in your being overtaken by hungrier rivals.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

You won’t help loved ones by threatening them with dire results if they don’t change their ways. That approach never works on you so what makes you think it will work on them? Instead, bombard them with facts and let them make up their own minds.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

As Mercury moves into the work area of your chart you will instinctively know what needs to be done to get employers and colleagues to support you. Just make sure that any promises you make are of the sort you know can be delivered.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

Sometimes you fall short of what you are capable of because you have too many options to choose from, but over the next few days you will become aware that you should be focusing on one aim only. Give that aim 100 per cent effort.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

You may be one of life’s leaders but you can’t do it all on your own and the current cosmic set-up indicates you will need assistance at every turn. Teamwork is essential over the next few days, especially if you are aiming to make some serious money.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

If you stop to question what you are doing you will lose momentum and your efforts will fall short, so trust that the universe is guiding you and keep pushing the boundaries of what you are capable of – a great deal more than you are doing right now.

Missed one of your horoscopes? Here are the most recent days’ forecasts

You know with the utmost conviction what needs to be done, so get on with it and ignore those who say it’s too much of a risk. On the contrary, if you don’t take that risk you may one day look back and wish you had been more adventurous.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

The fact that you have made an effort to moderate your opinions in recent weeks reflects well on you but now that Mercury, planet of communication, is moving into your sign you no longer need to be so careful. Call it as you see it and call it loud!

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

You may be sociable by nature but there will be times this week when you want nothing more than to be left alone. Find a quiet place where you can retreat to and not be disturbed. Slow down your thoughts and find true peace of mind.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

What you find out this week will cheer you up considerably and make you realize that certain people have been making mountains out of molehills. If the only choice you have is between bleak negativity and blind optimism you must choose the latter.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

As Mercury joins Venus in the career area of your chart you will find it so much easier to focus on your long-term ambitions. Believe in your potential to be the best at what you do and keep believing it right up to when it becomes a fact.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

Your outlook will become a lot more positive over the next few days, to the extent that you even resurrect plans that you put on hold as being too difficult to implement. If you want something enough you can and you will find ways to make it happen.
