Karachi is experiencing colder weather as icy winds have returned, bringing a noticeable drop in temperature. The city’s minimum temperature has fallen to 11.5°C, marking a 2°C decrease from the previous day. This change has made the mornings even chillier for residents.

Different parts of Karachi are recording varying temperatures. Jinnah Terminal reported the lowest temperature at 9.7°C, while areas like Gulistan-e-Jauhar and Shahrah-e-Faisal recorded temperatures between 12°C and 14°C. The cool breeze has added to the winter feel, making early mornings and late nights colder.

According to weather forecasts, Karachi will continue to experience dry weather with cool nights. The temperature at night is expected to range between 11°C and 13°C, while daytime temperatures will remain between 26°C and 28°C. In some areas, foggy conditions might develop in the early morning hours, affecting visibility.

The chilly winds have encouraged people to bring out their winter clothes as Karachiites prepare for the colder days ahead. Although Karachi doesn’t experience extreme winter like other parts of the country, the drop in temperature is still significant for residents who are used to milder weather.

With temperatures expected to stay low, people are advised to dress warmly, especially in the mornings and evenings. The coming days may bring more cold winds, making winter in Karachi more noticeable.
