Aror University Announces Multiple Job Positions For Teachers in Pakistan

Aror University Sukkur has announced multiple teaching positions on a contractual and regular basis. The university is inviting applications from qualified candidates to join various academic disciplines. These positions offer competitive pay scales along with allowances as per university regulations. The last date to apply is April 10, 2025.

Aror University is hiring faculty members in the following ranks and disciplines:

Professor (BPS-21) – Maximum Age: 55 Years

• Environmental Sciences

Associate Professor (BPS-20) – Maximum Age: 55 Years

• Civil Engineering
• Artificial Intelligence, Multimedia Gaming & Cyber Security
• Environmental Sciences

Assistant Professor (BPS-19) – Maximum Age: 45 Years

• Civil Engineering
• Textile Design
• Fashion Design
• Artificial Intelligence, Multimedia Gaming & Cyber Security

Lecturer (BPS-18) – Maximum Age: 45 Years

• Environmental Sciences
• Civil Engineering
• English Linguistics
• Applied Mathematics
• Textile Design
• Fashion Design

Application Process

Candidates must submit their applications along with the required documents. The application form can be downloaded from the official university website: https://aror.edu.pk/careers.

Applicants must include:

• A completed application form
• A detailed resume
• Two recent passport-size photographs
• Attested photocopies of educational certificates and degrees
• Names and contact details of two professional referees (not relatives)
• An equivalence certificate from HEC (for foreign degrees)
• Bank challan/DD of PKR 3,000 (non-refundable) in favor of Aror University

Candidates working in government, semi-government, or autonomous organizations must apply through the proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.

Selection Process

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a demo, written test, or interview. No TA/DA will be provided. Providing false information at any stage will result in disqualification.

Application Deadline

The last date to apply is April 10, 2025, by 05:00 PM. Applications must be sent via registered post or courier service to the Director of Human Resources at Aror University.

Pension Policy and University Rights

The university’s contributory pension policy will apply as per SHEC notification No. AD(Finance)/SHEC/02-20/2024/0894 dated June 27, 2024, subject to approval from statutory bodies.
