Aldar reveals pioneering wellness-focused residential development in UAE

Aldar Properties (‘Aldar’) has launched the first-of-its-kind holistic health and wellbeing residential development at The Source, which is a new living experience within the company’s landmark cultural destination – Saadiyat Grove.

The Source is designed with carefully selected materials, colours and bioorganic architecture to create a premium wellness environment and offer an elevated living experience.

The low-rise community will feature 204 apartments and penthouses, designed with holistic health and wellbeing at its core. The occupants will have access to unique offerings comprising physical and mental wellbeing including wearables, sleep applications, meditation rooms and premium fitness facilities.

Amenities available for residents at The Source will include yoga, pilates and meditation rooms, gyms, pools, thermal suites and saunas, outdoor and indoor play areas, squash courts, and an exclusive residents’ lounge.

Apartments and penthouses, with an elevated living experience, will have panoramic views of Saadiyat Grove, Zayed National Museum and the exquisite fountains that will become a statement feature of the destination.

The Source will also be in walking distance to the bustling Mamsha Al Saadiyat, Soul Beach, teamLab Phenomena and residents will have direct access to Saadiyat Grove’s 55,000 square metres of experiential retail, entertainment, and leisure spaces.

It will also have a cultural playground at the doorstep with kilometres of walkways, running and cycle tracks, and beaches set against the backdrop of some of the UAE’s top existing and upcoming cultural landmarks.

The Source will have offerings ranging from 1-bedroom, 2-brdroom and 3-bedroom apartments, with each of the properties also coming up with an option of two themes for interiors.
