Brunei Darussalam Want Pakistani Doctors & Nurses

Brunei Darussalam has opened its doors to Pakistani doctors and nurses by inviting them to work in its healthcare system. This move aims to strengthen Brunei’s medical sector while also creating new overseas job opportunities for healthcare professionals from Pakistan.

Following this development, Punjab’s Specialized Health Department has issued an official circular to all government teaching hospitals across the province. Hospital administrations have been instructed to inform doctors and nursing staff about this opportunity and encourage those who are interested to consider applying.

The recruitment drive covers a wide range of medical fields. Brunei is looking for specialists in areas such as Medicine, Critical Care, Neonatology, Hematology, Rheumatology, and Urology. In addition to specialists, positions are also available for Senior Medical Officers, Medical Officers, and Women Medical Officers, making the opportunity suitable for professionals at different stages of their careers.

To make the process easier for applicants, the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis has appointed the Managing Director of the Overseas Employment Corporation as the main contact person. This official will provide guidance, share complete details, and help medical professionals understand the application procedure and requirements.

This initiative is expected to provide Pakistani healthcare workers with valuable international work experience, better professional exposure, and attractive employment conditions. It also reflects growing cooperation between Pakistan and Brunei in the healthcare sector.
