Customer Claims Dawlance AC Gave Electric Shock, Company Offers No Support to Fix It

A customer has claimed that they got an electric shock from their Dawlance air conditioner. According to the customer, they were using the AC when the shocking incident happened. They say they immediately informed Dawlance about this serious safety issue but were disappointed when they did not get any real help from the company.

The customer says that after sharing their complaint, Dawlance did not provide a proper solution or send a technician to check the appliance. This lack of response has left the customer feeling frustrated and worried. They fear that if the problem is not fixed, it could be dangerous for other people using the same product.

The incident has raised questions about how companies handle safety complaints from customers. Many people expect big companies like Dawlance to take quick action when there is a risk to someone’s safety. The customer believes that all customers have the right to feel safe while using home appliances and that companies should take reports of electric shocks or other faults very seriously.

The customer also hopes that by speaking up, others will be careful and check their appliances regularly. They want Dawlance to investigate this issue properly so that no other family has to face the same risk.

So far, Dawlance has not shared an official statement about the complaint. The customer wants the company to take responsibility and fix the problem to make sure all customers can use their products safely at home without any fear of harm.
