ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) announced Friday that the FBR’s Call Centre’s services will remain closed for taxpayers due to total closure of all government offices across federal capital.
This means that the FBR has not responded to the urgent queries of the taxpayers during the last two days.
The FBR headquarter remained closed during the last two days.

A message of the FBR concluded that the email service would be processed as usual, but the Call Center would not be able to attend urgent calls of taxpayers.
The FBR’s services of Call Center services also remained closed on April 9 (Thursday).
