At Quetta Airport, an incident occurred involving Saima Jogezai, the daughter of former commissioner Iftikhar Jogezai, on a Serene Air flight.

According to reports, she was intoxicated and began misbehaving with airline staff even before boarding. During the check-in process, she reportedly acted aggressively toward the staff. Once inside the plane, her behavior worsened as she verbally abused the cabin crew during the flight.

As the aircraft was preparing for takeoff, she allegedly began shouting threats, which created panic among passengers and crew members. Due to the disruption, the captain was forced to turn the plane back to the terminal. When she was asked to leave the aircraft, she allegedly reacted violently and punched a flight attendant, causing serious injury. Reports suggest that the flight attendant suffered a broken tooth due to the assault.

Airport Security Force (ASF) personnel intervened and arrested both the passenger and another individual involved in the situation. However, there is growing pressure for their release, raising concerns about accountability.

This incident has sparked discussions about passenger behavior and safety aboard flights, with many calling for stricter measures to protect airline staff from such situations in the future.
