Former Prime Minister Imran Khan Named Among World’s Most Influential Muslims

Former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan, has once again been listed among the world’s most influential Muslims in the latest edition of The Muslim 500, published by Jordan’s Royal Islamic Strategic Studies Centre.

The recognition highlights his lasting influence as a leader, philanthropist, and social reformer. The publication praised his contributions to Pakistan’s political development and his efforts to improve people’s lives through education, healthcare, and social welfare.

Imran Khan first gained international fame as a cricket legend who led Pakistan to its first-ever Cricket World Cup victory in 1992.

After retiring from the sport, he dedicated his life to public service by establishing the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, which provides free cancer treatment to thousands of patients each year. He also founded Namal University to give underprivileged students access to quality higher education.

As Prime Minister, Khan worked to promote Pakistan’s image globally and took strong positions on issues such as poverty reduction, climate change, and transparency in governance. His leadership and humanitarian work continue to influence people around the world.

The Muslim 500 recognized Imran Khan not only for his political achievements but also for his humanitarian values and dedication to public welfare.

His inclusion in the list reflects his ongoing impact as a leader who continues to inspire millions through his vision, compassion, and commitment to building a better and more just society.
