Fully Funded Scholarship for Pakistani Students to Study in Romania

The Romanian Government has announced fully funded scholarships for Pakistani students aspiring to pursue undergraduate, master’s, and PhD studies in Romania for the academic year 2025-2026. This initiative, managed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) and the Ministry of Education and Research, aims to strengthen educational ties and promote cultural exchange between Romania and non-EU countries, including Pakistan.

Scholarship Overview

The scholarships are available for three levels of study:

Bachelor’s Degree: signed for high school graduates, these programs span 3 to 6 years, depending on the chosen field. Master’s Degree: Intded for students who have completed undergraduate studies, with program durations ranging from 1 to 2 years. Aimed postgraduate students, these programs last between 3 to 5 years, culminating in the defense of a doctoral thesis.

Selected students will receive comprehensive support, including:

Tuition Fee Waiver: Full covege of tuition fees throughout the study period.

Eligibility teria

To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must:

Be citizens of nonU countries, including Pakistan.
Hold educationaredtials from recognized institutions.
Have achieved a mium erage of 7 out of 10 in their previous studies, aligning with the Romanian grading system.
Submit a complete appati dossier within the specified timeframe.

Language Requirements ile the primary language of struction is Romanian, a preparatory year is offered to non-Romanian speaking students to learn the language. However, certain programs at toctoral level may be available in other languages, depending on the specific faculty’s offerings.
