Gold price gains Rs2,300 per tola in Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Saturday in line with their gain in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs428,862 after an increase of Rs2,300 during the day.

Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs367,680 after it accumulated Rs1,972, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

On Friday, gold price per tola remained stable at Rs426,562.

The international rate of gold increased by $23 to reach $4,065 per ounce (with a premium of $20).

Meanwhile, the price of silver also jumped by Rs48 to reach Rs5,270 per tola.
