Qualifications and Experience

For the Position of Professor:

• Qualification: PhD degree in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience:
• 18 years of teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized institution, or
• 12 years of post-PhD teaching/research experience.
• Publications: At least 15 research publications, with 5 published in the last 5 years in HEC-recognized journals.

For the Position of Assistant Professor:

• Qualification: RN, RM with Post RN, MSN, MsPH/MPH or BSN, MSN, MSPH/MPH.
• Experience:
• 3-5 years of teaching and administration experience preferred.
• Publications: Minimum of 2 publications in recognized Nursing/Health Sciences journals, with at least one published in the last 2 years.
• License: A valid PNC license is required.

Note: Foreign-qualified candidates must attach an Equivalence Certificate from HEC or PNC.
