Nearly 3 Crore Pakistanis Currently Experiencing Hair Loss

In Pakistan, hair loss has become a major issue affecting a large part of the population. Recent reports show that almost 30 million people are currently dealing with hair loss problems. According to medical experts, about 70% of middle-aged Pakistanis suffer from baldness, and cases are increasing among both men and women every year.

Despite the growing number of people facing hair loss, there is a big shortage of experts who can help. Right now, there are only about 150 qualified hair transplant surgeons available in the entire country. This number is much lower than what is needed, as experts estimate that Pakistan requires at least 5,000 trained surgeons to meet the growing demand.

Recognizing this serious gap, the Hair Transplant Society of Pakistan has announced a plan to train 1,000 new hair transplant surgeons. This initiative aims to ensure that more people have access to proper treatment and can find reliable solutions for their hair loss problems.

Experts believe that several reasons are behind the increasing number of hair loss cases. These include genetic factors, high levels of stress, different illnesses, and treatments provided by unqualified individuals. Many people often fall victim to untrained practitioners, which can make their problems even worse.

With more qualified doctors expected to be trained soon, it is hoped that those suffering from hair loss in Pakistan will have better and safer options for treatment in the near future. The efforts by the Hair Transplant Society of Pakistan bring new hope for millions of people looking for professional and effective solutions.
