Pakistan Dispatches 23rd Humanitarian Aid Shipment to Support Palestine

Pakistan has sent its 23rd humanitarian aid shipment to Palestine, continuing its efforts to support people affected by the crisis.

The latest consignment carries 100 tonnes of relief goods, including essential food items such as flour, rice, cooking oil, chickpeas, canned fruits, and ready-to-eat meals. These supplies are aimed at meeting the urgent needs of families struggling with shortages of basic necessities.

The aid was formally dispatched from Lahore under the supervision of Punjab Governor Sardar Salim Haider Khan.

During the ceremony, he stressed that Pakistan stands firmly with the Palestinian people and will continue to provide assistance in every possible way. He said that humanitarian aid is a symbol of Pakistan’s commitment to helping those in need, especially during difficult times.

With this latest consignment, Pakistan has so far sent a total of 2,227 tonnes of relief goods to Palestine. These supplies are part of a larger ongoing effort by the government and people of Pakistan to extend practical support to Palestinians, who continue to face extreme hardships due to the ongoing conflict.

Officials highlighted that the relief items are carefully chosen to meet both immediate and long-term food requirements. Ready-to-eat meals are meant to provide quick assistance in emergencies, while staple items like flour and rice will help sustain families over longer periods.

Pakistan has consistently voiced its political and moral support for Palestine at international forums, and these humanitarian deliveries reflect the country’s commitment in action. By continuing to send aid, Pakistan hopes to ease some of the suffering and show solidarity with the Palestinian people.
