PM Shehbaz Sharif Applauds Dr. Zakir Naik for Projecting Islam’s True Image

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met with renowned Islamic scholar Dr. Zakir Naik in Islamabad, where he praised Dr. Naik for his significant role in presenting the true teachings of Islam to the world.

The Prime Minister described Dr. Naik’s lectures as highly enlightening and impactful, highlighting that the entire Muslim community (Ummah) feels proud of his efforts. He also emphasized that Islam is a religion of peace, and he commended Dr. Naik for spreading this message globally.

During their meeting, Dr. Zakir Naik expressed his appreciation for Pakistan’s role in promoting Islam, noting that Pakistan was founded in the name of Islam.

He explained that his mission is to spread the teachings of Islam across the world to correct misconceptions and to present its true, peaceful nature. He expressed his commitment to this cause and emphasized the importance of working together to uplift the Muslim community.

Dr. Naik also had a meeting with National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, where they discussed the challenges currently facing the Muslim Ummah. They spoke about the need for greater unity among Muslims and the importance of fostering interfaith harmony to promote understanding and peaceful coexistence between different religions.
