Dogar’s departure marks the end of a brief yet impactful chapter at Samaa TV, where he was credited with strengthening HR systems and bringing stability to workforce management at a time of rapid change in the broadcast media sector.
Widely regarded as a leading HR expert in Lahore’s media circles, Saquib Dogar brought with him decades of experience when he joined Samaa TV. Before this role, he spent an impressive 16 years with the Express Group, where he began and concluded his tenure as Head of HR, playing a key role in organizational development and talent management.
Before Express Group, Dogar served as HR Manager at GEO, Pakistan’s largest media network, contributing his expertise for nearly three years. His career trajectory reflects deep institutional knowledge and long-standing credibility within the industry.
An MBA in Finance from Pak-AIMS (1997), Dogar is known not only for his professional competence but also for his collaborative leadership style. Outside the newsroom, he is an avid traveler, motorcycle enthusiast, and food lover, having explored both popular and lesser-known destinations across Pakistan—many of them on his motorcycle.
