These positions will be filled on a one-year contractual basis, offering a lump sum salary equivalent to the initial pay scales. The contract is extendable based on performance but will not lead to regularization.

Available Positions and Eligibility Criteria

TESCO is offering positions in various roles. The details are as follows:

1. Commercial Assistant (BPS-15)
   • Vacancies: 10
   • Qualification: BBA (Finance) or B.Com with advanced accounting and auditing knowledge.
   • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
   • Age Limit: 33 years.
2. LS-4 (BPS-15)
   • Vacancies: 5
   • Qualification: Three-year DAE in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a degree in Electrical Engineering registered with PEC.
   • Experience: One year in supervisory roles related to electrical distribution or transmission works (experience may be relaxed for higher qualifications).
   • Age Limit: 33 years.
3. LB-11 (BPS-14)
   • Vacancies: 15
   • Qualification: Three-year DAE in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (1st Division) from a recognized polytechnic institute.
   • Age Limit: 33 years.

Terms and Conditions

• Positions are purely on a contract basis, with no long-term benefits or pension.
• Candidates must possess the required qualifications and be eligible by the application deadline.
• Age relaxation is already included in the age limits; no additional relaxation will be provided.
• Employees of government/semi-government organizations must apply through the proper channel with an NOC.

4. Deposit the non-refundable fee through Easypaisa, JazzCash, or UBL Omni agents.
5. Retain the original deposit slip for future reference.

Note: Applications without CNIC verification or incomplete submissions will not be entertained.

Screening and Selection Process

TESCO will conduct screening tests through ETEA. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. No TA/DA will be provided for the test or interview. Successful candidates will be required to serve in any area under TESCO’s jurisdiction.
